Refund Policy

In accordance with the Trade Practices Act 1974, customers may seek a refund if goods are, or become faulty through no fault of their own, are not fit for the stated purpose or the purpose made known to our sales consultant, do not match the description or sample, or have defects that were not obvious or brought to their attention. Goods must be returned within seven (7) days of purchase with the original purchase invoice. David Vibert Pty Ltd reserves the right to ask the customer to demonstrate that the problem with the goods was not their fault. As an alternative to a refund, customers can request for goods to be exchanged or repaired.
